Meet Your Coach

Hi! I’m Linda Liduma.

I was born in Latvia and taught by my mom at an early age to persevere and reach for my goals. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and wellness, so after graduating from Latvia University with a degree in Finance and Financial Management, I bravely moved to the United States to pursue a career in fitness. I earned my triple certification in health and nutrition and my first job was as a personal trainer in Greenwich, CT. I have successfully competed in NPC Figure Competitions and Powerlifting meets, which led me to launch my own business: LegswithLinda. I’m now a full-time hybrid coach helping others build their dream bodies happily & sustainably. My training programs have two primary objectives. The first is to achieve excellent physical results over a 12-week program which involves consistent exercise and eating the kind of food that is going to help you achieve your goal. Every workout regimen allows for full recovery, and every meal plan is designed for nutritional diversity because the ultimate goal is your long term health and well-being.
