Come train 1-on-1 or as a group with me at Arsen’s Gym in Orange, CT. Use these 1 hour training sessions to stay motivated and accountable, and to help you establish a top-notch exercise routine customized to fit your current fitness level. These total body strength training workouts are highly efficient to maximize aesthetics, body composition, strength, and athletic goals. If you’re looking to nail a particularly challenging lift, or want to learn proper form and technique, I’m here to help in a way that fits your lifestyle, at a pace you feel great about, all while actually having fun!
At home training and outdoor options also available.
